Workshop: Detox 101

Toxins are in the air you breathe, the products you use to clean, the food you eat, and almost everything you come in contact with every day. While your body is designed to detoxify constantly, the daily exposure is concerning for our health. Discover how toxic overload can be associated with headaches, fatigue, skin problems, belly fat, mood swings, and more. Master your detox!
5 DAY – 5 STEP
Daily Detox Capsules
Cell Detox: in morning, 30 minutes before a meal
Body Detox: 1 hour before bed
*Do this on days 1-5, even 6-30 (and ideally for life)
Perfect Whey/Plant Protein & Max Greens
Each shake will have 1 scoop of protein & 1 scoop of greens & 16oz filtered water. Drink 4 shakes daily for 5 days
Green, Raw, Organic Vegetables
This will be your only solid food the days 1-5.
Eat an unlimited variety of greens each day.
These are the essential fibers for your toxins to bind to. Do not skip this or any step!! A few examples, but not limited to: broccoli, cucumbers, celery, snap peas, green beans, spinach, kale, asparagus, cauliflower (yep, its white, J), zucchini, cabbage, etc.
Purified, Filtered Water
Drink unlimited amounts of purified water each day.
Drink 32 oz’s immediately upon rising and a minimum of ½ your body weight in ounces each day. This is extremely important to help your body flush out the toxins. The ideal situation is reverse osmosis water. If this is not possible, bottled water is your next best option. NO unfiltered tap water! It is toxic!!
Maximized Living Advanced Plan
After the 5 day detox, do the Advanced Plan for days 6-30. Refer to your Maximized Living Nutrition Book (ch.4) or Cruise Ship or Nursing Home Book (ch. 5 & 9)
Remember: Your body is detoxing, which means it is getting bad stuff out. You may not feel 100% during this time, but you will feel so much better later. Stick with it!
